We're all longing to connect, but making friends as an adult is hard, the third spaces are failing us, and "we should hang out" almost never turns into an actual meet up. None of that is a personal failing. Covid split us apart, social media isolated us, and society shifted. We're all feeling that separation.

Frequency hands you the tools that reliable connection needs. A format, a script, a standing time, and the backup so you're never out front alone. You gather a circle of people you care about. We'll bring the rest.
It starts in living rooms and parks, the way it always has. You don't have to wait for a building to open to start a Circle this week.
The whole product
Four nouns, and that's the whole product.
Everything else on Frequency lives inside one of these four.
Space
A business's home on Frequency. A studio, a shop, a gym, a neighborhood group. Opening one is free, and so is hosting on it.
Circle
A room inside it, where a group actually meets. Weekly or monthly, in a living room or on a call.
Event
When the room is open. Anyone can host one, sell tickets, and take donations from day one.

A Circle is a group of friends who take a Journey together into whatever they care about.
No host has to invent it. The format comes with the Journey, and you'll have fresh resources and support year round. Have a Circle already? Keep everyone connected on Frequency! Run events, create private circles, message your people and keep all your contacts together in one place.

The ladder
You are never out front alone.
Step up as far as you want. Every rung has the one above it for backup.

You show up to a Circle. That's the whole entry fee.
- Crew
You're in for the season, learning the format and lending a hand.
- Host
You hold a Circle through a Run. The script and the backup come with it.
- Guide
You look after the Hosts nearby, so no one runs a room alone.
- Mentor
You keep the Guides steady across a whole local community.
Nobody has to do it alone. Whatever rung you take, the rung above it is there for backup: a Guide for every Host, a Mentor for every Guide. Step up exactly as far as feels right, and step back any time.
What it costs
You pay when you start charging.
Joining is free. Opening a Space is free. Hosting an Event, selling tickets, and taking donations are free from day one. A plan is what you take when money starts moving. We earn a share only of the business the network sends you, never of the people you bring in yourself.
